At the beginning of the semester (spring '08), I started a project.
The project: listen to every single song that I have A-Z.
It has turned out to be more of a challenge than most people think. For one, I have 8000-something songs. So, that in itself will take a long-ass time. Although, I highly encourage everyone to do this.
Why you say?
Well, if you are a music junkie like me, then you collect MASSIVE amount of music, by downloading cd's from these bands that you sampled a few songs from. But, what about the other songs, the ones you never listened to?
If you just listen to your iPod, or whatever you listen to, on random, there will always be those songs, the ones that never get heard that could have been your favorite songs ever. And, on the contrary, it helps get rid of those songs (or bands) that just really suck ass, so you don't waste space.
I have been so happy with what I have accomplished so far. So, if you keep checking my public location, you will see what song i'm at on my a-z project.
