hey everyone. long time no blog. well, im back and ive found a fabulous band that i'd like to tell everyone about. they're called media made. the first time i listened to them, i was really impressed that they could play such a wide range of music-and in only four songs. some of their music is soft and slow, while some is more upbeat and poppy. all of their songs have a really distinct sound, seperating them from the million other bands out there. my favorite song by them is "picture perfect." it starts with an amazing guitar intro, which can be heard a bit throughout the rest of the song. its slow, but really catchy. as a matter of fact, this song has been stuck in my head for the past few days. the lyrics in this song are incredible-deep and witty at the same time. the chorus, "You're picture perfect, you're worth a thousand words a masterpiece between you and me and what could be," is simply incredible. my favorite line is "Is it love? is it lust? in this moment I trust." brilliant right? and as if that's not enough, this band has a singer with not only a really good voice, but one thats really different from almost anything ive ever heard. it has an addictive quality about, that makes you want to keep listening. well, hope that wasn't too long, but media made is a band im really into right now. i would tell anyone who likes emo, pop, or rock music to go listen to them. http://www.purevolume.com/MediaMade dont know if links work on blogs, but w/e.
