I just love music way too much.

Always up to meeting new bands and people who share the same musical interests that I have.

I have a passion for lyrics that make you feel alive.

Sonshine Festival 2009

I finally went to Sonshine Festival and it was amazing!

I saw The Wedding, Sanctus Real, Red, Impending Doom, August Burns Red, and TobyMac.

Too bad I could only go for one day, but it's soo cool to be able to listen to heavy metal and worship God at the same time.

I loved it!

ummm.. yeah

I'm freaking excited for a couple ablums: 1. The Classic Crime comes out with their new cd "The Silver Cord" and from what a couple songs on here sound like, it's going to be wicked. 2. Norma Jean's new album is going to blow anyone away, I just know it. From all the hype they have put out about it, it just makes me that much more excited to go out and buy it. 3. And then my favorite band in the entire universe Shiny Toy Guns has a new ablum coming out and oh my! I'm just flipping excited for that one. I've listened to Shiny Toy Guns according to LastFM (which is you have an account there too check mine out) 897 times + more. That just tells you I can't get enough of their unique sound. So yeah... Also Cold War Kids, The Killers, and Imogen Heap are working on new ablums also. Exciting Times!! If you haven't check out The Maine already, do it! I thought they would be another Boys Like Girls sound a like band, but they are actually a whole lot better. :)

Listen Closely

Great lyrics is what makes a song great. And I think more people should pay attention to some of the songs they are listening to because I know it may just be a song, but have you ever wondered if those certain lyrics are changing how you think and act. Just a thought. Sometimes though contrary to what I said below very emotional lyrics are at times what you need the most at a particular moment or time. These songs I find really move me at the present: Sweet Talk - The Killers Beautiful Day - U2 Typical - Mute Math It's Not Over - Daughtry Second Chance - Shinedown Everythings Magic - Angels & Airwaves What are some your favorite songs at the moment? :)

Throw The Fight

Buy their debut album pleeaaassseee... they are freaking amazing. I promise you will love their sound and go see them. I've seen them 4 times and they never stop amazing me. But now their touring in more places than just Minnesota. I'm sooo happy for them. So please please support them by buying their album... Thank you soo much. :) Throw The Fight [In Pursuit of Tomorrow] And also check out the Minnesota scene because it's really taking off big time. There are a lot of bands coming out of the Twin Cities that have soo much potential at being big.
