hello there. i'm amy. i have a generic name, but i am far from generic. my interests are varied and i enjoy making new friends. i like to make art, so inspire me. i need it, inspiration that is. as for being a teenager, i don't think it is really as fun as they say it is. that sure doesnt mean i want to be an adult though. i'm a text messaging fiend and maybe if we become good enough friends i'll give you my digits. don't be afraid, i don't bite...usually :/ P.S. i'm a bit obsessed with Harry Potter.
quite magical, really
i'm most definitely on a Harry Potter kick right now and will be for quite sometime. all i needed was the finishing of the 5th and 6th books to set me off and followed by a premier viewing of the 5th movie, well you can bet i'm quite unstoppable now. although i must say i will be extremely depressed once i have finished the 7th book which comes out in 7 days as of the 14th. i'm sure plenty of fans will be devastated that the beloved series has ended and except for the last 2 movies, there will be absolutely nothing to anticipate. i don't care. i think that the entire thing is generation defining. it is like the beatles or the brady bunch or something. when our children watch VH1 and it says i love the 2000's or whatever they will cal it, Harry Potter will definitely be on it. you can't help but love it even more when they pick extremely beautiful people to play the 3 main characters. i mean, who really can resist rupert grint or emma watson. in this latest movie, i've even found myself completely infatuated with daniel radcliffe. as they grow up they get even more beautiful and magnificent. i can barely fathom it all. releasing the movie and the book within 2 weeks of each other makes this the summer of a lifetime for fans such as myself. i'll probably just about piss my pants when the get my hands on that new book, which i naturally am pre-ordering. you've got to be crazy if you dont.
well really i wrote this all because i am bored and this is the #1 thing on my mind. some of you might see it as sad, but it is what it is.
RIOT!
the new paramore album, for those of you who don't know, titled RIOT! is out today. i bought it and it is very excellent. i wouldn't have expected less from them. hayley will always be the best.
nothing
i'm pretty much bored out of my mind. summer vacation can really do that to a person. i need to get a job. now that mos tof my friends can drive we go out and spend money, mostly on food. it's really a waste of money and time but it's not like we are going to stay home all day if we have the choice. i start summer school next monday and it goes for 3 weeks. i'm kind of looking forward to it but i know once i start i'll want it to be over.it should be quick though and a lot of people are taking it so i won't really miss out on things too much. oddly, there haven't been any good shows lately. that kind of sucks because in the summer i can pretty much go to an unlimited amount. last summer i went to one at least once a week if not more. i'm sure that pissed my parents off but now i can get other rides.
i feel tired even though i slept in today. maybe i just need to cath up on sleep for the last few days.
haven't done this in awhile
i haven't kept a blog in awhile, so this might be fun to start up again. i don't really have anything important to say right now. i did go see Knocked Up today. it is a movie for all you hermits who didn't know. it was quite hilarious if i don't say so myself. warning that there is a few shocking vag shots that i felt were unnecessary, but it was hilarious as a whole. i highly reccomend it.
