I am a medico working in Respiratory department. These days lot of patients come with pneumonia symptoms like fever,chills,cough with yellow/green/bloody sputum,chest pain. We confirm the diagnosis mainly by x-rays. Walking pneumonia is difficult to diagnose as symptoms are very mild & patients sometimes,even don't know that they are suffering from disease.
