i made the varsity cheer and swim team here at del mar high school! it was a blast!
and as a freshman.! btw!
i love to play street and ice hockey.
tried surfing that was sickk.
i like high school.

hey everyone i havent been on here in forever! i hope you all had awesometastic holidays! i totally miss talking to all of you. ive been so busy and ill try my best to be back on soon! -chynna!
the update on amanda
this is what our principal said on school loop: I wanted to give an update on Amanda's condition. Mrs. Seabury, VP, and I visited Amanda in the hospital Thursday evening and spoke extensively with her parents. I have also received updates from the parents twice on Friday. Although Amanda is still very much in danger, there has been some positive progress. As I told the students Friday morning, the next 48 hours will be critical. We had grief counselors on campus throughout Friday to talk with students and staff members needing support. Those resources will be available to us on Monday if needed. I plan to speak with Amanda's parents over the weekend and will provide the staff, students and parents with an update Monday. There is reason for optimism and we all remain hopeful. We continue to ask for you to keep amanda and her family in your prayers.
a girl hung herself at my school today!
i didn't go to school today cause i wanted to sleep in and i told my mom and she was fine with that. so around 2:30 ca time my mom ran home and said "chynna! sit down we need to talk about something that happened at school". she look like she was going to be sick! so i said okay what happened? and she said that today at lunch and girl went into the bathroom after the bell rang and hung herself, and a officer had sceen her (we have san jose pd at my school) and did CPR and did it on her till the firetrucks came. My friend had told me it was a young girl. this is what the principal put on school loop (where you go to do homework online) Suicide Attempt Audience: Assistant Principals, Parents, Principals, Staff, Students, Sys Admins and Teachers I regret to inform you that we had a student attempt to commit suicide on campus today during the lunch hour. Our campus security officer administered CRP until the Fire Department arrived. The student had a faint pulse while being transported to Valley Medical Center. We are hopeful, but the situation is touch and go. We arranged to have grief counselors on campus after school today and they will be on campus tomorrow. Right now, the student and the family need our prayers. I will keep all of the community informed as we receive new information. Posted by: Jim Russell Published:12/11/08
