I monitor a lot of blogs, forums and news sites with my trusty RSS reader. One of my favorite sites is SitePoint, which is a terrific discussion forum for webmasters, programmers and domain name investors.

People love high quality content and when you give it to them, they will give your link to there friends. Have you ever gotten a recommendation from a friend to eat at new restaurant? This restaurant has high quality service and food. It makes it simple for your friends to talk about the restaurant. The same is true with what is what is two way communication process. The higher quality of your content the more likely you will have your links to go viral.

How is communication between you and the web designer? How fast do you get responses to your emails? Are the responses long or short and do they seem to get shorter for each question you asked? You want to make sure that you can ask "dumb" questions and still receive the highest level of professionalism from the web designer. Is the person you are talking to the same person that will do work on your website? You want to have direct contact with the web designer(s) that are going to work on your website, to avoid miscommunication and "lost-in-translation" scenarios. If you call the web design company, try and get a feel for if they are dedicated to your satisfaction by listening to what you have to say, or if they are constantly doing sales pitches to try and convince you to pay for other services.

The important thing to remember about this list of compentencies what is two way communication that they are made up of skills that can be developed in people. Yes some of us are more naturally charismatic than others, but we can all learn the skills of leadership and develop them to best of our natural talent.

In my opinion, RSS is better for reaching a large list of subscribers because it is 100% spam proof and puts the control into the hands of the consumer.

At the end, I only like to say, that it is very important to know the type two way communication definition person you are going to meet and what type of future you are looking forward, involving that person in your life; so based on that...one should be prepared. This is life and in life, there is no retakes...only one shot.
