To be honest, I don't really like writing about myself, but I will because I guess that's what you do in this section. I am 18 years old, living in Chicago while I attend Moody Bible Institute. Right now, I am a Youth Ministry Major, but I might change it to Bible or Biblical Exposition. I enjoy most of the things listed in my activities section, and pretty much all the things in the rest of the sections above. To be cliche but honest, I am a Christian and I try to live my life according to God's standards by relying on His free gifts of grace -- Jesus' sacrifice and resurrection, the Holy Spirit, joy, peace, and an infinite amount of others. Most likely, the aspect of my life I enjoy more than anything else are the amazing friends God has blessed me with. I know I have done nothing to deserve or earn such amazing friends, but God has been incredibly gracious in this area of my life and has brought incredible people into it. My career/ministry goal is to be a youth pastor. I want to be able to impact youth in the same way the youth pastors in my life have positively and significantly impacted me, as well as to motivate youth to serve and glorify God in all that they do. The easiest way to find out about me besides talking to me and getting to know me would be to talk to and ask my friends. I would trust their opinion about myself over mine anyways. If you feel compelled or for some reason really want to know more about me, the easiest thing to do would be to message me, post on my wall, and/or call me. Well, I hope all of you are living life abundantly. If you think you aren't, the only way to change that is to turn to Jesus. He has always been there for me and will continue to be there for me no matter what I do. It is by His grace (free gifts) that I have salvation and can fellowship with Him. If you are living life without Jesus, I know you are trying to fill a hole in your life with other things, and these things -- partying, knowledge, alcohol, drugs, sex, athletics, money, relationships, etc. -- will never be able to fill it. We were created to have a relationship with God, the almighty creator of the universe. The God who created the entire universe wants to have a relationship with you. I want everyone I know and do not know to be able to have the hope that I have, the joy that is never absent no matter what is going on in my life, and this only comes from accepting Jesus as one's personal Lord and Savior. Furthermore, by accepting this free gift of salvation, we in turn receive the free gift of eternal life in Heaven, which is way way better than eternity in Hell. If you want to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior or if you just have questions, please message me or talk to someone you know is a sincere Christian. I'm pretty sure they will be more than happy to talk to you about it. Also, http://www.showbread.net/j ournal.php is really great.
