i love music. a good beat gets me going.
the dream.
i'm in a HUGE house. 5 times bigger than my own. i'm with an old lady who i figure to be my grandma or great aunt. she's on the phone. she's drinking and getting drunk. i'm feeling kind of awkward because i've never met her before, but i find myself following her around the house picking up stuff she knocked off and making sure she doesn't die. then she says to me, "Are you ready for the party?"
me: what party?
her: the party thats starting in 3 minutes?
just then we hear a honk outside and walk down the stairs. in the little circle drive there's an old fashioned nice car, and there are five more behind it.
out of the first one hops out some classy, snobby looking guy. the next cars consist of 4 fancy old ladies, 2 older men, 3 younger men (early 30's / late 20's) and out of the last car, steps out an adorable man. he looks to be 27 or 28
he looks just like pete.
and he's the only one dressed normally(ish). he's wearing the tuxedo t-shirt, while everyone else is all decked out in ties and diamonds. but he fits in perfectly with them. they're all sitting at a table, talking and it's a good environment. they're not all snotty, they're normal socialites.
i on the other hand, feel completely out of place.
i'm wearing a pair of jeans. fit perfectly everywhere. and my clandestine shirt, with my razorblade necklace.
i walk over to the food bar, and up walks the pete-look-alike.
i try not to stare.
then he says to me, "what do you think i should get?"
me: *blushin* oh, um i don't know. i'm not really into the fancy stuff.
him: yeah, me either.
me: do you know you look like somoene from my favorite band?
him: oh. what band is that?
me: fall out boy. they're amazing. you look just like pete wentz, the bassist/lyricist.
him: awesome! what songs do they sing?
i whip out my mp3. it has every song they've ever produced.
me: everything thats amazing.
we sit in the corner jamming to some fall out boy.
we both know he's not a look-alike.
me: aren't you supposed to be in japan?
him: me? noooo.
and we just sit there and talk for 27587529 hours....
or whenever i woke up.

i'm kind of stuck in a bad place right now. its hard to explain. all i can do is sit here and bear it though i guess. that and listen to some music.

hey watsup? did u get sunburned today? i did. i had to
sit thru my brothers baseball game for 3 hours today in
the blazing sun and i am roasted! lol.
