so last night, i went with my friend theresa to see paramore play with this providence, the almost and love arcade. quite simply, it was amazing. i didn't see love aracde much b/c we got there right as their set was ending, but i did like what i heard. then came this providence. they started with my favorite song by them ( a wolf in sheep's clothing) so that was pretty sweet. then when they played my beautiful rescue, they had everybody sing along with them, and i was RIGHT UP FRONT FOR THAT PART! it was so...amazing (haha i suck with adjectives). their whole set was perfect. they came on at the end saying how they were a christian band, and i really respect that when people have the courage to admit that (btw, the almost did that too). it made me like them a whole lot more than i already did. then came the almost. they had the best performance of the night. i crowdsurfed during say this sooner, and it was the greatest thing i've done in a while. thank god i wore jeans, haha. i got some of aaron's water thrown on me, which also rocked, even if it did get in my eye a bit. then, last but not least, was paramore. hailey is the tiniest thing i ever saw! she's like my height but skinnier. i love her hair. they did a great job. for their encore, they played one of their new songs and pressure (my second favorite). they played my heart really early on, and that's one of my all time favorites. after the show, i got my pciture taken with (and a hug from!) the lead singer and the drummer of this providence. they signed my bandanna too. they were so sweet. aaron (the almost) didn't come out into the crowd (boo), but i was still only standing like three feet away from him (yay). then we just chilled the rest of the night. it was honest to god the best show i've ever been to. i'll be posting pictures soon. later!

okay. you're a jackass. that's cool.

tell me why my ex from A YEAR AGO felt the need to have his GF message me and talk all kinds of shit. first off, i hate people who talk shit on the interent. that's so stupid. and cowardly. and i've never spoken a single word to his girlfriend, and don't plan to start. he's not man enough to do it himself. talking about "you're so ugly wtf did you do to your hair..." that kind of shit. why do you care? i mean, seriously. don't people tend to avoid the people they hate? i do. uggh stupid people...

quite simply, i miss being little. i miss the days when boys had cooties and reading rainbow was the shiiiit (it still is, goddamit) and my favorite pastimes were coloring with sidewalk chalk and fingerpainting and i thought sugar should be the main ingredient in everything and i could play in sandboxes and swing in swingsets and slide down slides and spin on a merry-go-round 'til i felt sick to my stomach. i used to go home and watch doug and aaaah! real monsters...that was fun. i'd go back in the woods and play army with my childhood best friend garrett (he always had to be general, which sucked) and then you wouldn't see me again for a couple of hours. we'd pack picnics and walk through the creek and just kind of disappear. i want that! where did it go????

people can suck sometimes

i hate it when you think you know someone but then they go and comepletely fuck with every notion you had of them. i hate thinking one thing and then being proven entirely wrong. i hate being put in awkward situations and your "best friend" can't even understand why it's that way for you. i mean, shouldn't your best friend understand you well enough to know when things might be uncomfortable for you? that's what i always thought. even worse when they make blatant excuses for the way things are. i hate it even more when they tell you you're getting upset over nothing....wtf? who wants to see their best friend in a situation where they'll most likely end up getting used and getting hurt? sorry i cared enough to say something. fuuuuuuuck.
