The Strokes, a band i heard sometimes on the radio, but pretty much unknown to me. When i got a ticket for their concert ( last night ) i thought i would go just to see if i was missing anything a m a z i n g. Turns out i was!!! The concert was soooo fricken good. Althought i have one complaint..it is nt about the Strokes. The band that opened for them, The Most Serene Republic..was umm interesting. Whether it was the mike problems or the part where the leas singer whipped out his trombone, they didnt do justice to the strokes. If The Strokes are still touring and comming to your city..get a ticket!! If they are sold out..scalpers are the way to go

What do you do when you planned to go to this amazing amazing tour during the summer..then all of a sudden..your rents say you cant go?
Well i have the answer..kill yourself. I had the biggest plans to go to Warped Tour this july. It was all okayed..ride and everything. Then came the day to ask my rents. Of course i left out the part about it being in Calgary till the very end.

the art of creeping
Creeping can sometimes come in handy. For example..while creeping someones page on nexo, i found a new band i had never heard of before. It is called The Bleeding Alarm. I spent a good 2 hours listening to them on purevolume yesterday and am definatly pre-ordering their new CD [comes out in june].
