Katrina is the name, most of my friends call me Kat though, and you're welcome to do so. I'm 16, single, and I live in Ohio, although I was adopted from Ukraine when I was 6 months old. I don't have a religion, I have a relationship with God. Don't be quick to judge me as some narrow-minded person, because I promise I will prove your assumptions about Christian's wrong. God's been there for me, He's the only one who's never abandoned me and who has kept me safe. I've seen how He can change people's lives-including my own. And that's why He's so real to me. My church is my second home, I practically live there. It's an amazing place to be, any day of the week. I may be single, but I'm not looking for a boyfriend. I'm keeping my eyes open in case a nice guy comes along, but it's not my first priority at the moment. My friends and my family are the glue that keep me together. And my Get Down Buddy, Ali, is my best friend. She's stuck with me through alot of junk, and she's always been there for me. We may not live close to each other, but we'll always be close to each other. I luffles you, Ali! I'm a short little thing, 5'1"; and many of my friends call me an Emo Pixie. But I don't call myself Emo or anything like that, just so you know. My hair is constantly changing color, and most always sticking up on end. I dress in the stuff I find interesting, I could care less about what the fashion mags say is popular. If you don't like the way I look, that's your own problem. I'm comfortable in my skin & with my image. Music is what I live for. It's kept me sane and saved my life. I listen to it almost constantly. I read and write quite a bit, I also love to sing. Right now I sing in my church's choir, and I do the lead vocals for my youth group's band. I'm a homeschooled junior, and I plan on going to college in Chicago. I'm an open and honest person, I hate lying and hypocrite's with a passion. I've been hurt and screwed over several times, so I don't trust people very easily. But once I get to know and trust someone I can tell them just about anything. I've played video games for most of my life & I'm not ashamed to call myself a Gamer Girl. I always was a tomboy growing up, and it took my years to finally start feeling comfortable with the way I am. I'm loud but shy, quirky and extremely random. I try to be friends with everyone, but if you keep pissing me off then we will have issues. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs, and I'm saving sex for until after I'm married. You can make fun of my morals all you want, it still won't change things for me. I'm not a morning person, nighttime is when I'm at my best. Coffee & tea are two drinks I absolutely love, and if you buy me some Arizonia Green Tea you'll get a giant hug. Just to warn you I am a hug addict, I survive on those.
