It's entirely possible I'm knitting a ranchhouse.
The world is my niche. I go where I go, I find happiness wherever I can. I don't want to settle any one place, but I've found a dozen I can call home.
I love old movies and new outfits. I'm a vegetarian, lacto-ovo to be exact. I love music, performing and listening. I appreciate people who can make intelligent conversation. My two ultimate favorite bands? Spoon and Arcade Fire. I'm an existentialist. I wish everyone could wake up, look out their window and have something to love about what they see, and I want to spend my life trying to make that happen. I love Betsey Johnson. I really really enjoy holidays, as well as making up my own, and just giving every day a purpose.
I go from being timid, demure, refined and shy to raging, defensive, and quick to anger. I'm not sure I like myself in either of the aforementioned states. I like to think that in between these two extremes I reach a balance. That balance is me, my essence, the Taleecharm that you may grow fond of. Give it a shot, it just might.

Another 'if you haven't yet'.
If you have never read The Allegory of the Cave, you need to. I read it for the first time today, and I just sat there, completely disoriented, thinking "This is everything that I've thought about and reflected on." The idea that there is more to our existence, that we are chained with our heads facing the wall, seeing only shadows of a wonderful world, a realm of the intelligible. There is an existence that transcends the mundane, menial and meaningless things of the physical world. I just felt less and more alone when I read it, because I realized how I feel is not ridiculous, but that it's true, and it alienates me.
If you haven't yet
seen this, I think you should. This makes me cry sometimes; not in the sad way, but rather the 'there's still some good left in the world' way. (The free hugs video)

Okay, so this might seem kindof morbid, but some of the greatest legends of the arts have been dropping like flies lately. I don't mean that disrespectfully, but it's true. still cool - I strive to maintain my amazing level of
excellence. :D Grammar is good. It's what sews the
world together and stops us falling through the cracks
and rips we tear into the world... That was almost
poetic. Or ridiculously nonsensical. Either, really.
