A view to be considered

Yesterday I was hosting my live show I do on a web site called stickam. I was talking to a group of people about music choices in lock with life styles. I came to a couple of conclusions and some things people should consider Starting with the choice and right a person has to listen to what they deem as respectable and moving music. We as a human race all have and develop seperating ideas on how we see life. So when music is entered into our life styles and what we face on a daily basis that then becomes a starting point for set genres. For example I have a lot of friends facing difficulties with family members and relationship, therefore when they bring up a band such as MCR or many other mainstream so called *emo* bands I have an understanding as to why that genres speaks to them. It delivers them the ideas of hope and the ability to move on. Now as for me I am and always have been a very politically driven person. Therefore such bands as rage against the machine, immortal technique and propagandhi speak to me with passion and the ideals of making and changing this world for the better. So the next time someone mentions what they consider a fair choice for music and a genre, instead of calling them out on it because you personally dislike it first consider what has happened in their life to lead them to that specific style of music.
