Weight training

yay i have a new max bench when i got into weight training i could only do 90 lbs as a max which was 5 months ago. Dec 4th i have a new max of 170 lbs i am so happy.


NEXT GOAL ->end of school year 210lbs on bench

will post for other maxes like squat and so on later we only do one max a day
