oh no. i just used photbucket. they have this new thing where you can like idk decorate your photo's or whatever so i tried it out and it was cool so i kept it like that. ahah. but all i did was go to the i think effects and clicked on cartoon and apply then i did like heat something.. and pressed apply and saved it. thats about it. but thanks! :]
