Youth Gone wild (personal review)

Last night was Youth Gone Wild gig everyone was anticipating for the whole of June.. i must say it went pretty well... there were about 600 odd people and i recognise a few cliques from other scenes... different kids ranging from the ususal gig goers to emo kids to mainstream supporters and even a few goths n happening church teenagers were present... the rest are just people, people who chill and decide to spent a friday night in a sch without teachers to experience what it's like to have ronin perform alongside west grand and 3dash1... typewritter and the following bands , basically the whole stretch where westgrand ronin were in was the peak of the show... jumpin and singing along.. it's one of those rare moments where fans and musicicans can merge and breathe the same air, feel liek one pouring their hearts and voices into enjoying the moment.. well this is accordign to some people i spoke to of course.. i myself enjoyed west grand, typewritter adn ronin most beacause it makes a huge difference when you'v actuualy spoken to the performers and yea its like carrying a friend when he's in need and at the same time enojying what fruitful things he can tell you along teh way.. i see the bands grow, improve and mature despite internal obstacles.. well the rest of the time i was outside doing "door bitch" duty but i can hear th eother bands.. some played covers and all n i heard 3dash1's "if you're gone".. i sang along =) interacted with a few groups of people.. was quite enriching.. i'm really considering working with the music industry in future... rather than designing stuff for ocmpanies which i have absolute no interest in.. =) ha first entry of the blog. woohooo... might be the last too =x... seeya people ard...
