I like poetry Christian rock of all kinds, scremo, opera, musicals, and any classical literature. I'd also like to be a lead for a christian scremo band but da chances of findin a band are next to zero so ...meh. im also on facebook and myspace and twitter and HELIUM.COM (as if i didnt say that enough lol) if anyone has the random desire and no life enough to look me up.
illegal immigration
This is one of the pivotal issues of the political landscape in this decade. How do we secure our borders, prevent racist policies, and increase jobs and productivity without doing something rash? The major reason for illegal immigration is that the process to get into the country is far too restrictive. It is estimated that it can take up to twenty years to be a legal citizen if you are from another country, even if you fit the best profile for citizenry. How then do we speed up the process? Why do we restrict what qualifies someone to enter this country? The simple solution to this problem is to remove the red tape and barricades on LEGAL entry into this country. Make the only restriction on entry criminal records. Skilled and unskilled people alike ought to have access to this country, but there is no rational reason for us to allow criminals of any kind into our country. Many on the right would say that this would reward all the illegal's that are already here with citizenship. This is simply wrong. We ought to deport any and all illegal immigrants regardless of skills, nationality, and heritage while we clear the path to legal entry. Build the fence, beef up the border security, and allow our border agents to fire at any scumbag cartel who tries to jump that fence. This way we make the only viable entry into the country the legal way. Make it logically appealing to enter the legal way; in this manner the only people trying to sneak across the fence will be people that deserve to get shot. There is a group of people who think that these methods would simply provoke Mexico. In my opinion this is no threat whatsoever, since the Mexican government is even more unwieldy than our own. assuming they were annoyed enough to go to war with them we would most likely win and have to give back their land like we did last time we kicked Mexico's butt. To those who think that this is racist and I don't like Mexicans or any other race; I think you are the real racist. I love my country and every illegal out in a field (and I don't care how hardworking you are) is not a citizen of my country, is not documented, and I see as an invader. Get out and come in the front door not a window you scumbags!
Why I'm a Libertarian.
The Republican Party is a group of weak-minded and fussy old men in tight-fitting suits. The Democrats are closet-neo-fascists with an agenda to put a minority candidate in office at any cost to the American people. Neither of these two parties have any connection to the things for which they are named anymore. No longer does the Democratic Party believe in democracy; now they stand for increased government control and decreased voter's rights. the Republicans no longer have the balls to stand up for what is right and have put a decrepit old veteran in office to make themselves look strong when all John McCain wants to do is concede to Obama and get into his retirement. But these facts alone aren't what have caused me to go against my family and friends that still ally themselves with the quickly decaying Republican Party (although I will admit they are much better republicans than the actual party leaders). I have put my nearly useless support behind the Libertarian party for a myriad of reasons. The first is that the libertarian party has the spirit of the founders and the constitution in mind in everything they do. They see small government as the main goal of government. Government should only exist to protect the people from invading armies and criminality. Any other powers that the government takes are unconstitutional and ought to be taken back bit the American people. The second reason is that Washington is filled with corruption and partisanship that has clogged the gears with worn out oil. Nothing will get done in Washington as long as these selfish old men, that fight worse than kindergarteners with a cupcake, are in office. Also the libertarian candidate, Bob Barr, has essentially my views on nearly every subject (the only major exception that may cause any difficulties is the war in risqué and the military). Seeing all these reasons I can't see why anyone wouldn't want a libertarian in office. So go out there and join the campaign for liberty. Be a Barrilla and fight for your constitutional liberties.
