I WORK AT PUREVOLUME
You're reading this, wondering why an old guy with a beard has requested your friendship.
I wouldn't blame you for declining, because I'm probably a stranger. And I have a beard. Not a cool beard that fits perfectly on a guy's face in that "I just rolled out of bed on tour" rock star way. More like the beard that your creepy uncle has.
But I'm not your creepy uncle. I'm a guy who works at PureVolume and I want to make this site better for you to use.
If you're active on this site and have issues with using it, suggestions for better things or stuff you want to know or talk about, message me. Or make a comment. You can also read my blogs for updates on what is coming soon on purevolume.
Take care and remember, don't talk to strangers. And if someone else claims they work for purevolume, make sure you look at www.purevolume.com/about_us first. There are only 7 of us; anyone outside the seven you see on that page is a dirty liar.

PureVolume's Community Section
So we're going to start giving you more to look at and do that is listener related. Keep your eyes open in the near future for a "Community" Section. Most likely you'll see a new tab to the right of the "Albums tab" towards the top of the page. The first version is going to be simple, but we want to get something up sooner than later. Our slogan used to be (and may still be) "We're listening to you." Well let's pretend that starts now. From now on, we will listen to you (the listener) and your every online desire on PureVolume. Except for porn. You will never find porn on purevolume (unless you dig deep into the forums that we're cleaning up where bad bad people posted stuff that we DO NOT approve or ENDORSE in any way). And if you find porn, report it to support@purevolume.com. Ask for Brittany :). Tell her Ryan sent you. She's a sweet, genuinely nice person with an iron fist . She will eradicate the porn you find and become your best friend. And once you're in with Brittany, you're in with the whole team. There is no key master, but she's the gatekeeper. _Ryan
Is Anyone Out There?
When I write a new post, I'd like my friends to be alerted. If you happen to read this, make a comment on how you found this. Did you receive a message about it being posted or did you happen to stumble on it at random? Alerting your friends when you make a new post would be an important change to make. Or maybe no one cares. But how will I know unless you comment? And how will you comment unless you hear about it? Help me help you by helping me. Help is a word that if you say too many times, it starts to lose it's meaning and the word itself sounds foreign. _Ryan

My name is Ryan. I work for PureVolume and this is my first post. Add me as a friend and talk to me about PureVolume stuff. Whether it's a new band you love and want to see more from or bad stuff that doesn't work well on the site or needs to be added.
