The HardXcore Quadraplegic
I once knew a boy, small in size,
With trendy clothes and eager eyes,
Despite being short and sickly thin,
All the girls still wanted him,
He knew about every band in the scene,
Not to mention the songs in between,
With a swish in his hair and his heart on his sleeve,
He'd sing and scream like you won't believe,
He wore girl pants 'cause that's what's cool,
Despite the hard time he got at school,
He wrote poetic verses for,
The pretty girl that lived next door,
This girl preffered metal though,
She laughed at his attempts and called him emo,
That desolate day, his verses in inky smears,
That boy broke out into valuptuous tears,
He swore on Rocket Summer he'd change his scene,
He'd start listening to Norma Jean!
At first it was a bitter pill to swallow,
But the girl next door that made him wallow,
Convinced him discretely with her lingering eyes,
To change who he was to fit with the guys,
So with his bandana and even tighter drawers,
He put in "Redeemer" and coped with their rawrs,
When the day had come, yes thay came to town,
He ecstatically shared with the girl he was down,
He would go to the show, wouldn't miss it for the world,
(and he'd finally attract that special girl),
He didn't realize in his eager speed,
That hardxcore shows are a different breed,
He'd seen a couple acoustic stages.
No one jumps and no one rages,
He'd seen a couple pop-punk shows,
But it's still rather tame and content I suppose,
I'll go show off my hardxcore dancing,
It's sure to evoke hardxcore romancing,
He paid at the door and stumbled in,
The band was just about to begin,
They said hello to the girls and boys,
Then played what was honestly offensive noise,
The boy didn't like it, not one little bit,
But he spotted the girl and pretended he did,
She was fixed on the band, crowd surfing over top,
He secretly wished that she would stop,
and stand next to him, oh my, how grand,
Oh how he longed to simply hold her hand,
She didn't notice his obvious hint,
He decided he must start a mosh pit,
So he pushed his way into the crowd,
The music was abrasive, extremely loud,
Adrenaline took him, sudden and abrupt,
He flailed his arms and kicked his feet up,
Then the worst thing happened, that any would dread,
He hit a bigger kid in the back of the head,
Suddenly knocked back, as that kid responded,
For a moment he fell incoherent and despondent,
But in the corner of his eye, a glimpse of that girl,
He stepped up bravely to resolve the quarrell,
In the tight space, he attempted to use his elbows,
But the ghastly figure threw deadly blows,
The last he recalls was hitting his head,
And resting in that dirty and concrete bed,
When he awoke, he couldn't move his toes,
Nor his arms or his legs or his back or his nose,
So afraid to be called an emo reject,
He was beat into a quadraplegic,
That kid's so hard, he still goes to shows,
And doesn't even notice when they bloody his nose,
In his motorized chair he spins around,
And when he get's knocked to the ground,
They pull him up and sit him back,
His body's stiff but his hair's still black!
And with his tongue, he taps on the screen,
"I am so hardxcore, I rule this scene."
I suppose the lesson is just be you,
Don't do something just because you're told to,
Although honestly now, if you're seeking thrills,
The real moral is, Norma Jean friggin' kills.

how do you kids feel about the audition? seriously, i wanna hear. they get a lot of grief b/c people say that they're unoriginal and just sound like every thing else in the pop punk scene. i think they're catchy as hell, especially some of their older stuff, but the newer too. please share. i have a purevolume to talk about music y'know!
yes, the blood brothers
i did indeed see the blood brothers. i got ca-razy nigga! it was quite an adventure. we broke down on the way there and bummed rides the whole night. i seriously rode in 5 different cars that night. we got there though, and i groped the lead singer. amazing.

yay!!!! the blood brothers show is in a week and a day! i am so excited beyond description. i'm not even making sense! look at that! all good things don't really make good sense. i hope that the show fills me with an amazing and profound feeling as most amazing live music tends to. i will tell all about it in detail, i'm pretty sure it'll be the highlight, of like, the year or something. i'm so excited!!!!!!!!~
the craziest week ever
so i've had a pretty good week consisting of getting my lip pierced and seeing me without you, piebald, and say anything at the masquerade. next week evelyn is hopefully going to do my hair. good times. peace out niggas.
