Last Nights Show (3.24.2006)
Farewell Flight show, last night ... was awesome. the end.
as for the other bands, SHUTTER is always good.
and Stranded On Third was crazy, but great. I was actually really getting into them. but i left in the middle of their set.
I liked Bobby's pink bass. that was cute. and he was really killing it. lol.
I think Courtney really liked Twelve O One. They were ok. Im not to crazy about them tho. They remind me of Motion City Soundtrack. only, each of their songs are like 10 minutes long. lol. I thought it was pretty interesting how they sat at their merch table and hand-painted each of their cd's and then sold them. I've never seen a band do that before.
Over-all, the show in general was good. Its smaller than the venue, but i think its a better set up. Its like you have more freedom at Avenue United Methodist Church. lol. Calvary is like -- you pay, you come in, and if you leave then you cant come back. .A.U.M.C. is like -- you pay, you come in, you leave, you come back in. yeah. i like that.
