If you were to die today where would you go? Heaven of Hell? not sure? how do you get to heaven? by being a good person? hoping your friends can pray you into heaven?going to church? praying to some god or goddess? Not quite. The Bible says 8For it is by grace you have been saved, through faithand this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God 9not by works, so that no one can boast. 10For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:8-10. in other words doing "good works" and being a "good/nice" person WONT get you into heaven. So how then do you get to heaven notice that those same verses also say that "by GRACE you have been saved through FAITH". Faith in what?The Bible says John 14:6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. That means that the ONLY way to get into Heaven is to put you trust in Jesus Christ. why should I trust him you might ask? Because he died the Cross for your sins. the Bible says 23For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in[b] Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23) and I know we have all sinned, think about it, have you ever told a lie? infact the Bible even says that we have all sinned, (for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23) so we all need to get into Heaven is put our Trust in Jesus Christ, that he died on the cross for your sins, and that he rose from the dead, than you need to make a 180 and turn from you own ways, the ways of the world and turn towerds Gods ways. Romans 10:9-10 9That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. P.S. Have you ever thought about Eternity? Its like taking a walk that NEVER ends.
