Kids these days make me laugh. I know that I am one, but I could never be as foolish as all of you out there. Some of you who are pro-environment or 'green', deplete the ozone with all the hairspray you use to make your hair more 'scene'. Some of you were saying you were straight edge all through junior high, but as soon as you saw a pill in high school, you swallowed it. Some of you think that generic hairstyle and clothing style is the cutest thing ever and it makes you unique. Some of you call yourselves 'hippies', 'emos' or 'scene kings&&queens', but you're only a person. Instead of trying to make everyone else happy, do stuff for yourself. Dress and act the way that you want to. Don't do drugs because they're 'cool', do them because they make you feel 'good' or whatever fucking excuse you can think of for self-medication. Don't claim you care about something, then turn around and harm what you were just defending. AND most definately don't think of yourself as anything but a person. Which in fact we all are. We are all equals, nothing more than people who will be on this planet for a limited amount of time. Make your mark, leave behind your legacy, not something that won't matter in a few years once high school is over. Make something of yourself, don't be the world is telling you to be.
