OK... lets start off by saying that I am Ryan (as if you couldn't see). I am 17 years old. My band that is kinda being started (on standby right now) is called Going On Virtue. I hope to have a few songs on our page by the end of August. My hobbies would have to be "ripping it up" on a skateboard, making/listening to music, and having fun with friends (whatever that may be).
A day in the life of...
Ryan:
1. Wake up and check to see if it's 6:30 yet.
2. Actually get up at 6:30.
3. Grumble over to my clothes stack and grab... something
4. Walk up stairs talking to my dad
5. Talk a little more to my dad about the day
6... ish. Take shower (If one is needed)
7. Get things ready to go (work or school things)
8. Sit and Chill for a little bit
9. Off to... (work or school)
10. 7-8 hours of that
11. Skate, visit, hang, roamnce, etc.
12. Go home or upstairs to talk/eat with my dad
13. Get ready for sleepy-time
14. Sit and Chill a little bit more
15. SLEEP!!!!
16. Repeat
Have you ever actually thought about how routine your life is... yeah me niether till about like a couple minutes ago. I need to do something more exciting and "abnormal"... suggest away!
Just wondering (Future)
Here's my crazy skateshop plan:
1. Go to California for about 2 weeks after High School.
-This is to meet some pros/ams and talk to them about their ideal company.
2. Study at a college in hopes of a business degree.
-This is to learn the secrets and tips to owning, starting, and maintaining a business.
3. Start small with a shop opening near the place that I call home at the time.
-I am talking only retail for a while. I only want to sell boards and stuff to learn what the majority of riders like.
4. Scout for possible Ams to rep a "soon to be" board producing company.
- I don't want to rush, so I will really look and find some "the futureof skateboarding" riders. With the right backing behind me, the locals will spread the word.
5. Produce the long awaited First Model.
- I plan to put out a new deck for all of my loyal riders and friends.
6. If by this point I have not completely given up or failed... I will attempt to open another shop going by the same name... thus starting my chain.
- If I get this far... I would call my dream completed. More than one shop owned and operated under one... Ryan Pryor.
7. Thank anyone and everyone involved in making my dreams come true...
- This wouldn't be the end, but a new beginning... to my next crazy skaeshop plan...
