young wild things tour.

so, this blog is way outdated, but the young wild things tour was freaking amazing.

cute is what we aim for was awesome, even though not many people knew who they were. shaant was very jumpy and whatnot. played a bunch of good songs. incl the curse of curves. which was amazing.

plain white t's. wow. they played one song (actually they opened with it) that i knew (hate- i really dont like you) and that was AWESOME. talk about adrennaline rush. the other songs they played were really catchy.. im seriously considering buying their cd now.

random rappers-- pretty cool, even if im not that into rap.

gym class heros. lets just say i love travis. and the other guys, but travis is just. GAH. my MOTHER got all happy when he mentioned that us kids should be grateful our parents bring us to shows and we should be apreciative. she got a kick out of that. and his nails were white.

FALL OUT BOYYYYY
love these boys. i felt like i was going into a heart attack being in such a close vicinity of such freaking geniuses. ok, ill drop the act, but i honestly can say i was smiling like a GOOF when they came on. joe flung his hair a lot (as per usual...my mom called him a hobo [meanie...]) and pete hobbled around the stage telling jokes and cursing (he broke his foot or something). andy came down from his drum set mantel to play an acoustic song-- nobody puts baby in the corner. took his shirt off.. i love his tattoos.. theyre so cool. and patrick stood in the middle the most of the time. he sang an acoustic version of golden (does it count if its acoustic to begin with?) on the guitar. freaking amazing. as was chicago is so two years ago. my favorite song by them, and he added so many flourishes that it made it OUT-FREAKING-STANDING. i love these boys. times infinity [on high..haha]

and so i nearly got crushed by a crowd surfer, almost caught a pick joe threw, scooped up confetti from the ending (song= SATURDAY. ^u^), got a t-shirt (i'll put pics up later.. my camera is a spaz and a half) and all in all, had an awesome time with my mom.

one other funny note- i lost my voice for 5 minutes after screaming (at the top of my lungs) for about 6 hours straight. my mom didnt scream. at all. or talk. and she has layringitis (spelling?)

just thought that was funny.
