ehh well south of texas yes b/c the land r very low and
it the same level as the ocean level but the north od
texas some what warm and some what not....depend on the
weather. umm yeah north of Tx is very dry and it gets
windy sometimes. it normal like every other state in
usa. but NY(New York) are freakin COLD like cananda
lol where is that town u live is at? is that near NY or
what?

thats ok black ice is like u cant see the ice on the
road but it there plus it very slipping u never know it
there or not, u just cant see it. thats called black
ice.
