[poem] oxymoronic

[march 6, 2008]

The storms crawl across the once blue sky
light is visible to the blind eye
silence is necessary for the creation of sound
sometimes the lost never want to be found

when angels and demons dance on the roof
the lies will mingle with the truth
they gather their love and hold on to the hate
perfection has no time for all these mistakes

warmth dares to shiver in the presence of cold
youth are apathetic to the knowledge of old
there is no miracle without a tradgedy
...as there is no you without me

[poem] "spotlight syndrome"

[January 20th, 2008]

the fashion statement of a thousand girls
pretending and posing for the entire world
just grin and arch your back a little bit more
and i'll promote your status from slut to whore

the need for attention burns in your eyes
your posture bends at the weight of their lies
ivory plastered skin and weakening bones
either way, you still have to perform the show

so put on your face and stand upright
'cause everyone's waiting for the spotlight
your voice quivers while feigning a smile
narcissism, my dear, is way out of style

[poem] "forever"

[October 7th, 2007]

the seperation brings me to sorrow
but i keep living for another tomorrow
for when dreams will become the everyday
my love can be proven to you in so many ways

break me apart and i'll grovel at my knees
devote yourself to making me scream
abuse, love, pain; to me it's all the same
in our minds, the violence leaves a stain

make me bleed and i'll return the favor;
something that you can endlessly savor
for you, i'll make life a living fantasty
every second will be pure esctacy

we'll dance together like needles and pins
as god looks down at us like two little sins
though i would love to argue, it's entirely true
no matter what happens, i will always love you

band.

me and my friend are starting up this thing. i dunno if it is really considered a "band" since there is only two of us. but yeah. its gunna be singing and guitar. more of like an indie, acoustic sound. no metal yet. we have to wait for more people. but for now, me and him are chillin this weekend to work on some stuff. ill tell you when we get some stuff up
