when i ran out anti depressants i feel like shit, you can't even tell i use them when you meet me cause the work really good. and i can't get more till next week and now im all depressed and sad (same thing) and i feel like shit and killing my self, my mind does but my body won't let me cause im scared. and need help badly. sorry if this post makes you worry for me, i don't want you to, cause i gone through before and i can tough it out, and i already have teachers, parents, and friends worrying for me.

my girl friend broke up with me and i cried, she did over the phone which hurt more, and shes acting all pouty and bitchy. which i don't get at all. so know im just sitting around doing nothing which makes me depressed cause i crave social in actment
