The main reason of all this is to let you know there is a band in Lima (PERU) called EFECTO ESTOCOLMO (www.purevolume.com/efectoestocolmo)...that is my band (i play the bass guitar) and i would like to hear your comments about it. We play emo and hardcore and even though all members have different styles we are making some interesting stuff. There is another reason why am here and it is my love for music...i cant live without listening to music and i am always searching for new bands with an interesting style and good lyrics. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- La principal razon de todo esto es para hacerles conocer que existe una banda en Lima (PERU) llamada EFECTO ESTOCOLMO (www.purevolume.com/efectoestocolmo)...esa es mi banda (yo toco el bajo) y me gustaria escuchar los comentarios que tienen al respecto. Nosotros tocamos Emo y Hardcore y a pesar que todos los miembros del grupo tenemos diferentes estilos, creo que estamos logrando un material interesante. Tambien hay otra razon por la que estoy aqui y esa es mi amor por la musica...no puedo pasar un dia sin escucharla y siempre estoy en la busqueda de nuevas bandas que tengan un estilo interesante y buenas letras.

Finalmente me hice el tatuaje que tanto quera...por ahora me duele la espalda un toque pero es bastante soportable. Me gusta mi diseo...francamente creo no pudo ser mejor.
Finally i have my lovely tattoo done...by now my back hurts but i can handle that pain. I really like my design...i truelly beleive it cant be better for me.
STATICA URBANA is back!
Bueno, despues de uno par de meses de para finalmente mi antiguo programa de radio STATICA URBANA vuelve al aire a traves de la internet. Aun no tenemos la pagina web de la radio porque aun no elegimos un nombre, pero he creado un blogspot para que la gente pueda acceder al programa por ahora. El programa tiene un estilo alternativo y se pueden hacer los pedidos en linea.
Si alguien esta interesado, el programa va todos los martes y jueves de 10 p.m. a 12 p.m. (hora de Lima = Bogota = Miami) y si tienen algun pedido musica escribanme. El blogspot donde podran acceder es el siguiente:

Well, after a couple of months out of the air my former radio show STATICA URBANA is back again through the internet. We still dont have a web page because we still havent chose the name of the radio, but i have created a blogspot in order to let the people listen the show by now. The show has an alternative style and of course you can choose your song on-line.
If anyone is interested, the show starts at 10 p.m. and last until 12 p.m. every tuesday and thursday (Lima = Bogota = Miami time) and if you have any musical request just write. The blogspot where you can get into the show is:

Renovado (Reloaded)
Bueno, finalmente lo hice...el lunes me opere los ojos para corregir mis problemas visuales y dejar de usar lentes...en realidad voy a tener que usar lentes para ver tele, usar la computadora y quiza para manejar tambien, pero lo bueno es que no los tendre que usar todos los dias a cada momento como antes. Es una operacion medio rara pero interesante...en un momento todo fue oscuridad total...realmente me di cuenta que le tengo miedo a la oscuridad...jejejeje. Bueno ahora solo tengo que hacer descanso visual y usar unos lentes de sol que me hacen parecer un pituco total, pero es solo temporal.

Well, i finally did it...on monday i had a laser cirgury on my eyes in order to correct all my visual problems and so i will quit wearing glasses...in fact i am going to wear glasses to watch TV, to use the computer and maybe to drive, but the good thing is that i will no longer wear glasses all day at all time as i did it before. This cirgury was kind of weird but interesting...there was a moment were all was darkness...in that moment i realised that i am afraid of the darkness...jajajaja. Well, now i have to do some visual rest and wear sunglasses taht make me look like a real snob, but it is just for a while.
Nueva Cancion (New Song)
Ayer estuvimos los de EFECTO ESTOCOLMO ensayando en el estudio y probamos a un nuevo guitarrista para el grupo con el fin darle ms fuerza a las canciones. Vamos a ver como evolucionan las cosas. Por otro lado, ya termine de componer una nueva cancion y ahora tenemos que trabajar en el aspecto musica...yo solo he hecho la base. Esta cancion tiene mucho significado para mi porque realmente salio de un momento de tristeza muy fuerte que tuve ultimamente...no es una cancion de amor, en realidad es una cancion sobre como alguien te puede destruir y traicionar despues de hacerte pensar que en realidad te quiere...tiene una mezcla de sentimientos bastente interesante. Cuando la tengamos lista se los hare saber.

Yesterday EFECTO ESTOCOLMO was playing in the studio and we decided to test a new guitar player in order to make our songs stronger. Lets see how things work out. On the other hand i finished a new song and now we have to work on the music...i have only made the lyrics and the rithm in my acoustic guitar so now we have to work all the instruments. This new song means a lot to me because it really came from a moment of truelly strong sadness i had recently...it aint a love song, in fact it is a song about how can someone can destroy and betray you by making you think she loves you...it has an interesting mix of feelings. As soon as this song is ready i will let you know.
