Hey. I'm Luke.
To try and fit everything "About Me" into this section would be near impossible, so I'll just give you an overview.

First and foremost (literally), I am a Christian. Nowadays, there unfortunately seems to be so many variants of what "Christianity" or "Religion" can define, so I'll break my own beliefs into this:
- I believe that Jesus Christ lived and died for the world, washing our sins away, and therefore giving everyone total access to eternal life with him; all they must do is accept it, and live it.
- I believe that Jesus Christ also rose from the grave and now lives, and that we, as Christians, need to strive for a pure life, pleasing to the Father.

I have a wonderful family at home! We're pretty tight, as we always have been, and we do just about everything together. An emphasis has always been placed on family ties in our house, and so that's basically the way that we live together: closely and openly.

I also have some amazing friends! It would take me quite a while to go through every single individual whom I consider a friend, so I'll just make it known that Jordan Forster, Megan Hasse, Emily Pierce, and Olivia Mele are definitely the people whom I consider the best of these friends. Love you all lots!

My ultimate confident, my best friend, my hero, and the most amazing girl in the world is Megan Hasse! We share a relationship with the sole purpose of honoring Jesus Christ and each others hearts with it. We strengthen each other with the emotion that flows through our hearts. This can translate into being there for the other when they're down, or standing with them when they stand; to challenge each other in ways that will make them a better person; to advise each other in difficult choices. To be honest with each other. To help in any way possible... and to simply be there. Thank you to that wonderful, beautiful girl.

I am currently, but hopefully not for long, unemployed. Yay.

So I play the drums, and I have been for about six years now. I definitely enjoy it, but it's not really what you might call an obsession or an idol. I'd love to go far with it (to wherever "far" may be), but until then, I guess I'm trying to focus more on the important stuff in life. Wherever God leads me with it, I'll be happy to go!
As a side note, my favorite drummers have got to be Matt Greiner (August Burns Red), Adam Gray (Texas in July), and Aaron Gillespie (Underoath).

As far as music goes, the primary intake of my ears consists of Christian Metal and Christian Rock. I truly admire how a band can dedicate the music they create to something higher than themselves, stripping the honor and the glory from their own selves, and instead giving it to Christ. To me, that's true musicianship. Man up and give it all to Him.

I also play golf. Laugh if you want, but it's definitely a hobby of mine! I must admit that I enjoy it, however frustrating it can be, at times. I've been playing for a few years now, and I participate annually in the Penns Valley golf team (PV... um... pride?). However, this upcoming season ('09) will be my last.
