War, terror blood covered street
treaded by this soldiers feet
loud shooting all around
dead throughout these fighting grounds
Moving at a faster pace
shots fly by his dirty face
Must survive and fight
children miss their dad every night
wife alone every day
sees the pictures where bodies lay
sweat drips down his dirty face
he must go on
pursue the chase
bullets rush by and bombs explode
people runnining down blood soaked roads
fierce yells through the battle heat
his courage continues to moves his feet
bravery is his key
not giving up for you and me
