Now this reminds me of those wierd, stupid nametags. "Hi. My name is Doomflute." Well, now that that's over... The first thing people probably notice about me is that I have a charismatic personality, and I absolutely love Band. Another thing you probably don't notice is that I pretty much always capitalize the word Band. This is because Band deserves enough respect that it should, in deed, be capitalized. I play flute, piccolo, piano, learning trumpet, a little of guitar, recorder, and kazoo! :P Band is pretty much my life right now, and I hope it will be for quite some time, at least all the way into college. I'm going to the Todd Center at Northeast High School! I'm not too psyched about the whole Todd thing, and I might even drop out of it in a year or two, but I'm really glad I'm in NEHI because I get to be in one of the best Bands in the area: The Scarlet Regiment! I'm a devoted Catholic, and I proudly go to church every weekend. I sing in the choir at my church, and I love bring involved with Youth Ministry at my church and at The Spot. You should go. It's fun. I'll give you the info if you message me... By the way, my patron saint is Saint Cecilia. Read about her. She's the patron saint of music, musicians, composers, etc. She's awesome! She's also my alter-ego. You might find out about my alter-ego if you're lucky. Even though people think I spend way too much time in school and that I actually want to come to school, I really don't like school all that much. I don't enjoy geometry, I don't enjoy language arts, history, or any other boring subject. All I really like at school are the friends that I have (which includes a good number of teachers), and Band. That's about it, I promise. Well, and getting out of the house. I hate summer vacation. I never liked it, never will. It's just so boring, with nothing to do, and sometimes I can't even go anywhere, like to the pool... Ha! The only good thing about summer is Band Camp! I'm totally psyched for it! I want to major in Neurology, and minor in Music, so you could say I really am fascinated with Neurology. Neurology is another one of those words that just deserves to be capitalized. I'm fascinated with how the brain works. My favorite magazine is Scientific American Mind. Go figure. I also have to thank Danielle, for finding out what a "trombone-ectomy" is, without the help of Reynolds, I might add (Lol-- You know I'm joking, Mr. R!). Now I actually know what it is, and can shudder at the thought of it! See, I told you I'm strange...
