18 and me.

Im 18 today..and it makes me smiie just like Life is a highway- a classic hit. Not only that but I think it's medicinal...It's nearly impossible to not get in a good mood after hearing that song..atleast for me anyways. It always makes me smile and gives me hope. Ive been listening to it a lot lately.
I brought up how I felt about this song to a dear friend who replied "I love how music can change how I feel...it just shows how as people we get into these little depressed funks that aren't really that important if a little three minute song can change them around"
And he is right.
