Hey, what's up? I am 14 years old. I like christian heavy metal, death metal, power metal, hardcore, punk, and pretty much every style of heavy music except for emo and screamo. I am a pastor's kid, and have three sisters. I am in my school's band, and play trumpet. I am a Jesus Freak. I believe that Jesus is God's son, that he came to Earth and walked among us, did all the miracles that the Bible said he did, was crucified for our sins, died, rose again on the third day, and descended in the heaven and sits at the right hand of God right now. I also believe that he will come back some day and take all true believers to heaven.
First real marching band show
Yo, what's up everybody? Circleville High's first game was on Friday, and, of course, the marching band had their first real show. It was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVED it. I can't wait until we play Logan Elms (our rival) becuase the stands are going to be packed full. Since it was so hot on Friday (school was cancelled because of it) there weren't as many people there, but it was still awesome.
First day of school
Hey, what's up everybody? I had my first day of school as a freshman on Wednesday. I found out that our school has no air conditioning, and it was in the 90s Wednesday and Thursday. I guess the teachers and people thought it was going to be too hot today, so they cancelled school!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! The good thing is the football game is still on tonight, so the marching band still gets to perform.

What's up, everybody? Man, that marching band preview show was amazing!! I can't wait until we march at the first game on Friday night!! It will be AWESOME!!! I think the show went off as close to perfect as you can get on the first time performing it for real.
Funny story: Last night, when we got our uniforms, and were lining up to go outside, we got these plumes to put in our hats, only everyone called them cocks. Now, of course there are a number of jokes that you could make about that, but the one being pulled on the freshman, like me, was the upperclassmen saying "You're cock's on backwards" and of course the freshman would take off their hat, turn their cock around.
Marching band preview show
Hey what's up everybody? Tonight, the marching band has a preview show for all the parents of the kids in band, and if we perform like we did yesterday at practice, then we're going to suck, so I would appreciate it if you would pray for us. It's going to be really hot out there in our uniforms (they're really thick), so I really hope no one gets heat stroke.
TVU
I was just watching this great TV station (on the Internet, that is) called TVU. If you've never heard of it, it's a christian rock TV station that has a bunch of great music videos. Anyway, between two videos, one of their VJs (the TV equivalent of a DJ) comes on. He's at King's Island, standing in front of The Vortex (a huge roller coaster), and he says this really cool thing. He says that life is like a roller coaster, it has a lot of twists, turns, ups and downs. Now, looking at a roller coaster, you'd be crazy to get on without the safety harnesses right? You just wouldn't make it, right? Well, if life is like a roller coaster, then the safety harnesses are like Jesus. You wouldn't make it through life without him. You know it's true.
