I woke up in a dark place, I tried to stand up but my legs were tied together. I thought it was just a nightmare but then I thought about the night before. I was at a party with my best friend Kayla; her boyfriend had brought this other guy Andrew for me to meet. He was nice at first but then he was getting kind of weird. He was talking crazy and tried to get in my pants, I just thought of it as the drinks were getting to him. So I pushed and slapped him away. Then I remember him apologizing and he offered to get me a drink, so I said yes. I think he must have put something in it because I cant remember anything after that.
I dont understand how I ended up in this place. It was extremely dark and smelled of mothballs. I heard voices and footsteps above my head. All of a sudden a bright light shot in at me, and I was grabbed by my hair. I screamed and did everything I could get away; instead I got a glimpse of his face. It was dark and his eyes latched right on to mine, they were a gray and hypnotizing. It felt like I was stabbed with the look he gave me. I quickly shut my mouth and gave up on trying to get away from him because I knew that the way his hands were gripped, my hair would have been ripped out. He pulled me up to his face. His breathe smelled like cigarettes; I closed my eyes and swallowed the lump in my throat to keep from crying.
He punched me in the face and I fell to the floor and almost passed out. I looked up in pain; he was still and silent just standing there. All of a sudden he grabbed my ankles and dragged me up the stairs, he pulled me up and threw me onto a bed, I tried to roll off but he said move and I will make you hurt even more. I lay there as still as possible watching him, watch me, while he was undressing. I closed my eyes and then I knew what was about to happen. I didnt move because I was scared and I didnt want to be in even more pain.
When he was done, he threw me off the bed and I hit the floor hard. I passed out. Then I woke up to find myself in a dumpster the smell had woken me. I looked at my legs and arms it see it I was still tied up, I wasnt so; I slowly climbed out. I thought I was going to be killed; I had bruises and cuts all over my body. When I went home that day I had figured out that it was Andrew, I just didnt recognize his face because it was dark at the party and I was drunk. I told the police what happened, they caught him the next day at another party trying to get in another drunken girls pants. The police said they found a body in one of the closets at his house it was a girl I knew she was only about 14 or 15 years old. They said that she was brutally beaten, raped and then starved for days. I dont understand why he let me go and not her. I never will.
