So I'm just a chill guy living day by day. I'm never stressed, and always try and take it easy. Hell, I hit a truck on the highway head-on going about 55mph, and even then I don't remember stressing or freakin' out. I actually enjoy solving emotional problems, like a psychiatrist.

I'm a Toyota technician in training in Amarillo. So I know how to turn the wrenches and get dirty. I go to school for training every 2 months in Farmington, NM. I get my adrenaline rush unlike most people do: storm chasing. I'm an amateur but have been on several since I got my first car. So far the most successful one might land me a spot on The Discovery Channel this fall.

My new wheels!!!

Today I got my new car! Its a 2007 MazdaSPEED 6. Has a 2.3L DICI turbocharged I-4 engine. Its used, with 27,000 miles on it. Its fully loaded, black leather interior, 6 CD changer, BOSE sound system, 6 speed manual trans., sunroof, AWD, and traction control (which I can turn off =p). This is my new baby, and definately going to take car of it. Comments welcomed.

How dull I've become...

So it seems at the age of 19, I've hit a sorta brick wall. For the past 2 years I've had nothing but bad luck. Its mostly just little things, but every now and then lady luck takes a big blow to me. Most don't know exactly how my days go. Every 2 months I move back and forth between Texas and NM because of my career. I'm a Toyota technician in training right now. I work in Amarillo, TX and go to school in Farmington, NM. Its a great career to follow, and hopefully I'll be able to stick with it. But it really seems like when I'm working, that's all i have time for... When I'm at school, its actually an ok place to be. I have several friends that will always back me up, and we always hang out and party maybe once every weekend. Only major problem is now I get to hear about all their problems. And this of course creates some unwanted drama between everyone. It seems everyday there's enough tension to give me cancer. For some reason some of these guys don't understand they should keep their problems at home...but that doesn't stop me from helping if i can. Then there's the 2 months i have to work. Here's a rundown on my day: wake @ 5:45am, leave my home @ 6:30am, drive 50 miles to work and arrive @ 7:30am, work a full 10 hours with a half-hour lunch break, leave work @ 6pm, be home around 7pm. By this time I eat, get online for a bit to check e-mails, then crash. I don't have time to really go out and socialize, nor do i live in a town in which i really can, since i live in a shitty town in bumfuck nowhere, TX. I have about 3 friends here that are always working too, but we try and see each other on the weekends. When I used to drive, it'd take half my paycheck for gas. I used to fill my tank full every 3 days. Now I'm without a vehicle since I wrecked my truck on May 23, and the insurance is taking their sweet damn time getting paperwork figured out. Now I'm hitching a ride with my co-worker and college roommate. Still means i pay for half his gas. And recently I've noticed I'm taking the shape to becoming an alcoholic. So far, the past 2 weekends i was totally drunk the whole weekend, and i really don't see a sign to stop. I really don't have motivation to do so either. Don't worry tho, i'm a responsible drunk, just ask drinking buddies. And I've never puked or awaken with a hangover. So I'm not trying to compare lives with anyone, just needed to get that off my chest. If anyone has advice or would like lend a helping hand in some way, please tell me. ...god damn i just need a holiay.
