Where do we go?

When the rain falls
And the sun is hidden
Where do we go?
What happens when colors of a thousand breaths
Explode into a million deaths?
Eternity is pressed against your eyelids
And infinite knowledge of all enters your heaving chest
All is lost when the moon fades to black
And the listening stars are shut out and buried at last
We run and dash away
Jumping over shallow graves
On the bloodsoaked ground bodies lay
Eyes wide open we dont understand
Screams crush the evening sky
And guilt trapped minds suffocate and explode
Flooding the broken roads
Drowning the weak; building the strong
Rushed down a river bleeding death and lost hope
Spilled over a canyon where eyes are shut and mouths are open
Open but silently sreaming prayers and pleas
Evaporating into the sky with the black moon and hidden sun
Spinning, stretching across a colorless twilight
Melting into the grey sky and falling to a lost destiny
Crushing hopeless addictions and deception
A new sun is hung up in the sky
We look around and wonder why
Black fades to a million rainbows
And the beautiful moon is back in place like a soft light
Stars are reborn and thown up at random until their place is found
A cleansing rain screaming with pain is gone and has washed out all evil
A new start with a bold voice
Holding hands, the strong sing in harmony, all on key
Singing of the Great Cleansing
Fear leaks out of every body until it dissolves to nothing
And fresh sunlight pushes hope and happiness into every smile
At last we have seen
Refreshment of the Great Rain
