New T&N Bands and my opinions you probably don't care about

So today I checked out the 3 newest Tooth and Nail bands...at least I guess they're the newest. I could be wrong. Anyway, first off, The Send. From what I've heard, I think it's pretty much just one guy writing music and being emo. To be honest, I feel like it's just some kid I found on myspace. I don't really see anything exciting about them and it seems more like something that Drive Thru would put out. Very disappointing for a T&N band, but hey, they've been letting me down quite a bit recently. Ruthrock is better, although they're still nothing really special. I enjoyed their stuff more than The Send, but I feel like there's something missing to their songs. The potential is there, so let's hope they'll pull it together in time for their album. Finally, we've got The Brothers Martin. I really enjoyed that song. I can understand why they're getting so much attention right now. I can't say I'm much of a Starflyer 59 or a Joy Electric fan but I really enjoyed the indieness they made there. Ok, I'm done pretending to be a music journalist-type person.
