I'm Christie. I love Music! I know a lot of people say that, but it's impossible for me to explain my passion for it. When I talk about my love for music I want to cry. That's how much I need it, love it, and depend on it. It's theraputic for me. It let's me purge all of the bad things out. It always lifts my mood and makes me feel happy. It is what I want to do with my life. I want to persue a carreer in music. I sing everyday, and I have since I can remember. I'm ready to meet new people and form a band to begin writing original songs. That's basically where my mind is set and has been set since I was about 5 years old. My Sister, Grandpa, and Dad are the ONLY people that I know REALLY DO support me! They are the only ones who know what my vocal abilities are, and they are the only ones who have a little faith in me. My sister especially. I have heard plenty of people say, "Oh sure you probably could do it." But I'm not an idiot.. I know that when they leave they are doubting me. But that does nothing but motivate me even more to achieve my goals. I think that people settle for what they have and just deal with it, even if they are unhappy. But I am bound and determined to make something of myself, so that I will be TRULY happy. I know that making music for the rest of my life, would be the one thing that would make me TRULY happy. Hopefully I will be able to acheive my goal. =]

I go to Michigan Lutheran Seminary. It's basically
languages and music. I sort of have a band. We don't do
much. Haha. I play piano with some degree of skill (my
friends are all way better than me, but I love playing
piano) I want to learn to play guitar badly. I want to
go to a music college, but I'm probably going to end up
going to MLC in Minnesota and be a teacher. I dunno
know what I want, I guess. Haha.

Basically. :-) I hate it when people are like, "Ugh,
music isn't part of you it doesn't matter" and I'm
like, "Shut up!" Lol. Music's big at my school too,
which is nice. So it's like, a bunch of musical freaks
all together. And it's not like, a nerd thing. Football
players sing the national anthem at their game and
stuff.
