Hello to all of my brothers & sisters 'n Christ! My name in John Stowers. I live in East Liverpool, Ohio I attend Oakland Free Methodist Church also in East Liverpool, Ohio. I am kind of new to this tagworld.com I am involved with the -- One Voice Music Festival. The O.V.M.F. is hosted by area churches here in eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. What is the O.V.M.F.? It is a three day Christian Music Festival Experience. It is held on Labor Day Weekend. We are in our 8th year This years theme is "New Beginnings" Since 8 is the number in the Bible for such occations. Any way - We need your prayers- I need you prayers - for those who are called to use there gifts and talents in building up the Kingdom Of Christ and Desire to spread the seeds of Salvation to all who we would come in contact with. If you are such peolpe we have plenty of room for you and your ideas and your chair awaits you. John, I just did a concert last Friday, and I have a
buddy doing up the demo CD now. I will likely get back
with you about that demo and runner for the Festival in
Aug/Sep. Thanks, man... Nick

ChristAlive, You made a comment to me about possibly
playing for ChristAlive. I wanted to comment that I\'m
an amateur musician, both in recording and in live
music. Right now, I\'ve played a lot for youth group
and church, but all-in-all I don\'t feel I\'m
professional, especially compared to some of my
counterparts at Cedarville University. And, the only
pieces of somewhat professional equipment I have are my
mixer, a mic and cable, and my Taylor guitar. Other
than that, I have no projection equipment whatsoever
(i.e. speakers/amps). Also, my preaching/teaching
skills are still developing. Though I\'ve developed a
majority of my teaching/preaching skills at Cedarville
University (www.cedarville.edu) and some at my church
(Colonial Baptist Church), I\'m still learning how to
speak to live audiences and integrate music
effectively, while analyzing the audiences. This may
add to the concert, but I must say, if I did a concert,
it would intertwine some of my songs with an ongoing
discussion base of why the songs exist. It\'s all for
the glory of God, but it is obvious from the songs\'
content that these songs serve a purpose between God
and I. If that is useful for your ministry\'s
purposes, I would be more than willing. Also, I have
NOT officially produced any CDs as of yet. I got a
name for the CD if I created it and an idea of how to
do it, but I have no money for recording costs, nor the
time until after December of this year when I
officially graduate. Even after that, it might be a
while. If you feel I\'m ready given all that, I would
be more than willing. My internship starts the
beginning of May and ends mid-August, so anything
during the Summer I would include in that ministry
experience. Cost-wise, I hope you don\'t plan on
paying me. If you were interested in giving my wife
and I a place to stay for the night and a good meal,
that\'s all we\'d ask, but we wouldn\'t force it. This
is a ministry opportunity for us. ...period. Thanks,
