About Me Exclusive Interview for The Internet Movie Database Christopher Rodriguez is the man behind the camera. A visionary in every sense imagineable. Rodriguez grew up in the city of Bellflower before moving to Southern California in the early 90's. He has worked on a number of different projects to date. He has written treatments and has directed six music videos to date. Has worked on a feature film National Lampoon's "Dorm Daze 2". In the summer of 2006, Rodriguez was an Assistant Director on an Indie film from USC entitled "Daydreams" and has completed production of a short film he wrote and directed entitled "I Dream of Allie". He is currently hard at work writing his first feature film entitled "Going the Distance". "Going the Distance is definately considered a true underdog story. It's about an ordinary man (Frank Little, a software developer) whose entire family evolves around sports. Not much of an athlete growing up. Frank found himself interested in computer science and comic books. But it isn't until one day, Frank's compassion for a woman athlete leads him into the largest pickle of his life, competing in the Boston Marathon". He has also written and directed a short 30 second video commercial for Sony HD Televisions. Rodriguez has also recently completed a 30 second video commercial along with his fellow associate Jonathan Lewis for the Southern California band SS Nova. The video has appeared on FUSE and has successfully secured eight dates on the network. In late August, Rodriguez will direct and edit the feature length music video for SS Nova. "The video is going to be hands down amazing. The treatment I have written up for the video is exciting. I'm looking forward to working with the band again and the great crew I have pieced together. The video involves a large plateau and roughly 7,000 watts of lighting. "Now that's gnarly! look for it on Fuse and MTV come mid-September". Bio courtesy of Electric Films
