no matter how i describe myself, be it modest or big headed, you'll still make judgements about the type of person i am, and decide to either read on, or close my page completely. i was born in london, my parents were originally bulgarian, and i live in spain. i class myself as english, as i lived there for the first half of my life. for this reason, i speak english, bulgarian and spanish, but practising spanish is always good:}. i love languages, and am currently also learning german and latin. i'd love to know french and italian, too. teach me? :) english is my favourite subject, i hope to pursue this road in the future. i'm known to be the type of person who's generally happy all the time, unless, of course, something bad has happened and/or something is really bothering me and i can't take my mind off it. life brings too many problems for me to cope with at a time, so i try to forget about them and tell myself things will work out. they always do. i always say "chin up" to myself. it's a phrase i live by a lot. i really like to cheer people up, it makes me happier. i love spending time with friends, but i really enjoy being by myself, too. i absolutely take off when i read, write or listen to/play music. i love all three with a passion. my taste in music is pretty versatile, but i usually like the more obscure bands. i'm usually shy when i first meet a person, but eventually do come out of my shell if i get to know you well enough. if you ask someone if i'm quiet or loud and they say quiet, they don't know me.:}
so stop and smell the roses before you forget what they smell like.
