Did you know that condoms don't prevent pregnency 1 out of 7 times!!!! would you put a shotgun to ur head and pull the trigger if it only went off 1 in 7 times??? theres a word 4 that 2...it's called STUPID!!
Also did u know that there are over 20 STD's in the US that are at epidemic level??? Didn't teach you that in sex ed did they... well its true!!! 1 in 5 Americans are infected with an incureable STD. Puts a damper on that one night stand deal don't it.
Did u know that if you have sex with one person its just like having sex with everyone they did it with??? The germs hang around. Only had sex with one person? think again.
Did you know condoms don't stop AIDS 20% of the time?? yeah at a sex ed conference the educators were asked if they would trust a condom for protection with somone who had AIDS.
Guess how many raised their hand. NONE!!!! not a single one. Safe sex, yeah right
Yeah, Jesus wasn't stupid and He didn't just wanted to deprive us of pleasure. He wanted to protect us. Besisdes how much better would marriage be if it was something that you and your husband/wife shared together, with no one else. It's a whole lot more sacred and beautiful that way. The way God intended it.
Now it you've already messed up. IT'S NOT TOO LATE!!!! Jesus wants purity before virginity. It's like a plate, the plate being your life. Say the plate gets dropped and broken. There you go virginity is gone. It can't be got back. Now the plate can be glued back together, then it is whole again, it is pure again. but it's still got the "scars" from being broken but it can be made pure. God wants a whole plate.... a pure person not a uncracked plate. Now no cracks is great if someone can stay a virgin then that's great. Thats an amazing thing to have to give to your wife/husband. But It's not over if you don't have that. If you lose ur virginity but come to God and repent He will forgive you and your purity is restored. Being pure is having a pure heart and mind focused on God, not thinking an acting in a way that is sinful, as in not doing it anymore. Jesus loves us. He died for us "while we were yet sinners" Romans 5:8, it doesn't matter what you've done He will forgive you if you ask Him.
P.S. I'm not trying to judge anyone, or shove my beliefs down ur throat, just thought I'd state them. My facts were taken mostly from James Dobson's book "Life on the Edge" if you want to check them.
Set Apart '07
I got back to day from the international wesleyan youth convention that was held in orlando fl, friday saturday and sunday of last week. It was amazing steve fee led worship, he was awesome he had a way of making Jesus the only thing that seems important when he lead in worship, which in all actuality Jesus is the only thing that's really important. The speakers were great, and FAMILY FORCE 5 played on the last night it was sick!! I made some commitments this weekend and I would ask all of you to pray that I will stand firm to them.

Ren... you rock. Even though you're like 18 and I'm like 15 we still get along you're someone I can really look up to. Thanx for always listening even When I know you probably have better things to do. You always give me good advice when I need it most. haha "make me clean, Jesus" lol
Joseph, hey buddy! don't ever believe what people say you're an awesome guy. Being in NY with you was great, and so was camp and kids camp and when you spent the week at my house we've had alot of fun bro. Thanx for just being my friend when I needed one.
Preston, Katie, Jeremy, Meredeth, Aprill, Allyssa, Ryan.... NY was so much fun guys. You people changed my life. I'll alway be there for you guys don't forget that.

this is a poem I wrote
Darkness that black and mystic realm
Where evil dwells and devils roam
When lights go out our senses tell
Of terrible fear we feel alone
though in a crowded room
we feel as though we're being watch
By a demon of hellish intent
He's standing right behind our backs
We feel his breath and putrid scent
We just can't die like this
When in the dark death fells near
But there is comfort we can find
As Jesus doth remove our fear
And leads us when we're blind
And He brings back the light
And darkness runs
And darkness hides
For Jesus brings the light
