My hearts still beating, but its no longer whole.
Im still alive, but I dont have a soul.

I still love you, but youre no longer here.

I still have courage, but its drowned out by fear.

My heads filled with lust, but overpowered by hate.

I cant make choices, but I dont believe in fate.

Im not convinced that theres power above.

And I cant seem to forgive long enough to love.

Theres a burning inside, but I dont think its passion.

And I see things in the most obscure fashion.

Im worried about my future, seems time passes to fast.

But I cant seem to change things because Im stuck in the past.
I want a new life, want to start fresh and new.

But Im scared to start over because Id forget about you.

I want everything to be perfect, set right in its place.

But I dont care enough to put a smile on my face.

So many mixed emotions but they dont mean a thing.

The way my mind works is a peculiar thing.

And when I try to forget the things Ive gone through

Thoughts bubble in my head like the events are brand new.

I dont believe in miracles or wishes these days.

When good things happen, bad always takes it away.

I come off strong on the outside and if i need to i lie

But Im sad; its upsetting that everyday I cry.

You might think Im looking at things with a frown.

But when you expect the worst, well,

you cant be let down.

A look, a laugh, a smile, a second
Passes by and I regret it
Words just aren't right
Sometimes I just can't explain
All the ways you devastate me
Always on my mind


So once again, I feel my heart break
over something that was in my head
but don't forget, I meant every word
I should have left unsaid.

doubled over toilets
trying to look skinny

a true song; as real as my tears.

blahh. [depressed]

Frustrated cause I can't tell if it was real. Mad because I don't know how you feel. Upset because we can't make it right. Sad because I need you tonight. Angry because you won't take my hand. Aggravated because you don't understand. Disappointed because we can't be together. And it hurts because I know I'll still love you forever

There's always gonna be that one thing you wish for but never get. That one mistake you can never take back. And most of all, that one memory you would do anything for, just to have it again.


Watching them together is like a car crash. You really don't wanna look, but you just can't stop staring.

I hide a broken heart behind a laughing face, and even though I said I was over you, no one will ever take your place.


One day all the memories, tears, and pain will go away just like you did


I don't blame your mouth for saying those words you didn't mean. I blame my ears for soaking in every bit of them

There's no way I could look in your eyes and tell you I didn't love you.

new!

Yeah. So I'm new and I'm Bridgette. I'm not sure what this all is yet.
All I do know, is that this site is freaking awesome and I'm in love with it =].
I have no friends on here and I'm not sure I know how to get friends, oh well...
I will figure it out later.
