The nucleation of gas bubbles in extrusion foaming of high-pressure polyethylene is known as. Experiments show that undissolved gas microbubbles in the answer being foamed might have a significant influence on the number density plastic extrusion of pores in the foam. A straightforward model for estimating the real number density of supercritical nuclei is proposed. The effect of the right time of combining of gas and polymer in the extruder, the talc focus, and the geometric features of the nozzle on the quantity density of skin pores in the foam is usually analyzed.
