Today I sprayed on some blue hair and walked around the fair city of Aberdeen like a complete idiot. I couldn't find any glitter spray so I had to be 100% less sparkly than I'd have liked, but for sheer shock factor I wore my new t-shirt which says "I take the 'the' out of psychotherapist". I'll admit, I got a few interesting looks anyway! I also found out that stayover's support with Fenix Tx has been cancelled. Worse still is the reason. a rubbish way to promote your band

Am I the only one who thinks posting up endless messages on listener profiles etc saying "Check out band X" is a pretty rubbish way to promote your band? I'd feel uncomfortable punting around stayover like that. It just doesn't appeal to me at all. Honestly, print some flyers, go down your local shopping mall and blitz your home town city centre!
