All my plans on the 14th flushed down the toilet, but I still managed to see Ten 13 Concept. And oh boy, that sure did not make up my day. I'm so fucking pissed! That was one of the worst shows I have ever been to. Note to self: never, EVER attempt to go to one of the new "pop-punk/emotronic" shows. In the end they just bring me down and depressed. The Ataris show was disappointing. I asked Kris about Teenage Riot, but just as I thought, he said no. Because the band had a new line-up, they didn't know how to play it, and besides, it was one of his least favorite songs. Gee, thanks. I didn't go to Murphy's Law. Pop Punk hit mainstream super bad in, what, 2005? Green day, Fallout Boy, Blink 182.. stuff like that. It was really popular. Now it's just a drag. I despise it so much. It's revolting to look at girls my age, just swarming over how hot Pete Wentz is, or how they think they are so punk. No, you're not. You're a disgrace. I WANT TO PUNCH THESE GIRLS IN THE FACE. Yes! And all my files are saved! YES!!! I'm going to Seattle in a month. Which I'm really happy about. Because I get to hang out with Subi. And the firehouse. And my dad. And Redmond. And all my old friends and neighborhoods. Not to mention, now that i'm all into skateboarding, I get to go to their sweetawesome skateparks. And I'll probably be the only girl there(once again).
