My Band... almost as good as waking up to french toast in the morning
Hey, like anyone else on this site, i love music. This is the music i've been able to record so far with my band. We're called the Graves, which is our last name, and its made up of me and my two brothers (who are twins). Well unfortunately, where i come from, good recording
studios are hard to come by, so i haven't been able to
record my stuff yet, but my old school had a good
studio, so i'm actually calling them up soon to go in
and record,, if they let me. : P So I'll let you know
when it comes online. Where does your band record? my
band probably wont be recording for a while, right now
we are working on writing songs. But i have a bunch of
my acoustic stuff i would like to record. I do have a
video of one of my songs on youtube, but it's not the
greatest quality. and it was my first song i wrote with
guitar to it, so again, it's not the greatest. Yea, i
would say i'm a christian artist. Not all of my songs
are based on God or my faith, some are tho. And if i
ever got big enough, i dont know if i would advertise
myself as a christian artist, cause sometimes it scares
people away and i would want people like my music for
what it is, and not the genre everyone labels it as.
And i would want people to get the message i would have
in the song, and hopefully it would impact peoples
lives. You're a Christian too!!! Thats awesome! I love
meeting other Christians that are also musicians!!
sweet! Thats fine you dont have christian songs. i
understand it's for business. the songs i write for my
band are a bit less faith based cause i find different
words work for different sounds. But God is still #1,
so i try to get that out through music. and music is
always #2 ( and i must apologize, i am terrible at
summarizing what i am trying to say. sorry for the
essay) : P
