spread the word be aware there are so many diseases and cancers in our world today, get up and do something, walk, raise money, go visit a hospital and let the old people talk your ear off for an hour, something anything, even if you have no money to give, give your time,
people need to learn how to take care of one another..get out there and make a difference, one step one person at a time, we can change the world.
plant a tree
clean up a park
volunteer at a nursing home, or hospital
give an hour of time to a soup kitchen
sponser a family during the holidays
walk a dog at the local shelter, give them a good scratch
give a sheltered cat a treat
bring the mail in for your elderly neighbor
shovel the snow for the pregnant lady across the way
read the newspaper to the guy next door who has no one else
think of something on your own, and do it.

is the truth always the best? even if it makes him leave like the rest? she tries her best.... but can never pass the test... he says one thing but does another… now they will never be with each other…

a heart of glass
my heart is not a toy, it is not to be played with
it is like a glass statue, beautiful to look at, but when
touched it can be shattered,
quite fragile and yet warm and welcoming...
for what reason do you find it necessary to touch it,even
though the sign says do not touch, or you break it you buy it...
left with shards of glass impaling it day in and day out...the
pain is unbearable, yet the pain is continued, and there is
no other choice but to endure it and sit and wonder why...?
is there a reason... is it fun? i thought breakables were the
not so fun toys, you cannot bounce them, throw them or roll
them...they do not beep, or light up, they are just there
to admire...yet you are always drawn to the untouchable...
maybe that's why, because you can...

but i hear yuh about the missing family and friends and
adjusting part.. thats always no fun. and hm, i havent
been up to too much lately. just went to the mall
