Red Hot Bands to Look Out For!
There are some bands I'm really surprised that aren't very popular- as in mainstream popular. So weekly, I'm going to give my opinion on some bands people should really look out for! 1. Woot I Finally Got Them
I finally got the Lacuna Coil CD: Karmacode. I havent heard the whole CD, but I'm glad I finally got it. Also, I got the self titled Jimmy Eat World CD. I havent gotten to hear any of it yet, but I'm not sure I'll like it, because I like Adkins's singing. He doesnt sound what he looks like... I know it sounds strange, but seriosuly if you hear him sing, its like hes singing to you sometimes... god I'm such a dork. He sings sweeter than what he looks like.
I know that made no sense but if you read it slowly and out loud, it just might make sense. :P

Summer Rain
AN: Just to let you know this is a rough copy. I wrote this in five minutes- which I do with most of my poems. You have been warned.
I feel the summer rain
on my skin
It's calming in times
Fights errupt and feelings hurt
sorrow and hatred easily put
I listen to the sorrowful song
the rain sings to me
I shut my eyes and listen carefully
it seems that the rain is singing to only me
It lulls me into a a false sense of security
It's soothing to know
these tears will washed away
by the summer rain
I finally feel able to let go
Because my lead heart begs to be set free
I turn my face upward
Now I can feel the summer rain
Melt away the cold
And let my defences down
All doors open wide
A wave of embarassment
rushes through me
these tears dont set me free
they imprison me
I shut the doors I let open
I can feel the crushing hatred grip my heart
I quickly put my head down
No more will you see of the happy and carefree
The gates are up
they are what really imprison me
